work closely with you to design a space that is both functional
and beautiful.
Most often the process begins with magazine clippings, photos,
articles and things you have seen before. Our design service
takes your initial ideas and expands upon them by careful inquiry
to create a design you will love. Our initial consultation is
free of charge and without any obligation and is where we learn
about your needs, desires and personal style and you learn more
about our offerings and our collaborative process.
New Construction
Working hand in hand with your builder and architect at the
earliest stages enables the design to be fully optimized at
a time when changes are the easiest to make. In new homes that
often means having the option of making architectural changes
to walls, windows, entries and utility rough-ins. We remain
involved at every step from reviewing the initial plans with
you and your builder, to marking plumbing rough-ins and final
cabinet placement and installing the cabinets. We want the process
to be flawless.
Remodeling
Our years of experience help us to know where we can prudently
and economically make changes on remodels as well. These early
conceptual stages are the time to most effectively make changes
that have the greatest impact on the final product. This is
where our experience, imagination and resourcefulness work to
your greatest advantage. Our design experience allows us to
contribute to the final choices of backsplash, plumbing and
electrical fixtures and countertops. We’ll be as involved
as you want us to be.
Design only
Clients who are interested in purchasing their cabinets elsewhere,
or are having them custom built can take advantage of our fee
based design services. This service is also used by clients
who have a design in mind but want a professional, objective
review before proceeding. |
