Our
Portfolio - Remodeling
|
Our
years of experience help us to know where we can prudently
and economically alter things on remodels as well. These early
conceptual stages are the time to capitalize on the opportunity
to make changes that have the greatest impact on the final
product. This is where our experience, imagination and resourcefulness
work to your greatest advantage. Our design experience allows
us to contribute to the final choices of backsplash, plumbing
and electrical fixtures and countertops. Well be as
involved as you want us to be.

Bali
Influence
The owners of this home wanted to bring the feeling of Bali
to the oceanfront home they purchased on Hilton Head Island.
They used a neutral color palette and incorporated interesting
textures such as lyptus cabinetry, rough hewn stone on the
wall, mosaic tile, mirror accents and a live edge wood top.
It was a total transformation.

McIntosh
Road
This master bathroom was definitely in need of an upgrade.
White the overall footprint of the room remained the same,
thereby saving the cost of moving the plumbing, new materials
were used to update and upgrade the space. The corner jetted
tub was replaced with a freestanding tub, frameless shower
glass extends to the ceiling making the shower seem larger
and the lighting was improved. Decorative light fixtures and
calacatta gold countertops complete the look.

Brams Point Road
The new owners of this home bought it for its very desirable
location on the Intercoastal Waterway. They wanted to create
a home with a welcoming coastal feel that would take advantage
of the homes location and amazing view. For this whole
house remodel they put together a team of talented professionals
to make this a home they would enjoy living and entertaining
in. The home was gutted and rebuilt to meet the
owners vision for a home that is both gracious and hospitable.

Middleton
Gardens
The owners of this home built it for themselves some years
ago and while the master bath had some features that they
loved, such as a steam shower, large tub and built in hallway
storage they felt the room could use an update. The biggest
changes came from removing the dropped ceilings, the dark
green marble flooring and tub deck and the wallpaper. While
we kept the same overall footprint we added a second sink
in the vanity and additional linen storage in the bathroom.
Travertine was used throughout, a new steam shower installed
and the cabinets were custom built and based on a design the
homeowner loved. The lighting was improved and the mirrors
updated. All in all it was a complete transformation.

Mulberry Road
The owners of this home purchased it for family vacations
and it needed some updating throughout. We worked with their
interior designers to update a guest bath and the master bath.
While the master bath footprint stayed very much the same,
we installed new vanities and added a built in dresser to
the closet area for increased and convenient storage.

into a guest bath that was bright and welcoming. Vanity cabinets
in a favorite a shade of blue were combined with white tiles
with blue tiles and oyster blue travertine. The addition of
a Solatube brought much desired natural light into this windowless
space.
