Our
Portfolio - New Construction
|
Working
hand in hand with your builder, architect and other design
professionals at the earliest stages enables the design to
be refined at a time when changes are the easiest to make.
In new homes that means having the option of making architectural
changes to walls, windows, entries and utility rough-ins.
We are involved at every step from reviewing the initial plans
with you and your builder, to marking plumbing rough-ins,
final cabinet placement cabinets installation. We want the
process to be flawless.

Mulberry Road
2012 Lighthouse Award Winner - Best Kitchen
The owners of this home wanted a kitchen design which looked
elegant, concealed working areas, and incorporated a selection
of convenient storage solutions as well as sufficient display
space for their collection of decorative items. White inset
cabinets were chosen as the backdrop and were set on dark
wood floors that extend to the adjoining living room and throughout
the home. Marble countertops with streaks of gray are set
off by the marble backsplash and the dramatic black galaxy
island, and work well with the adjoining dining area, living
room and spectacular marsh setting of the home. The overall
elegance of the home is evident in the master bathroom where
arched alcoves were created for the his / hers vanities and
the crystal light fixtures complement the black granite and
carrera marble.

Inverness
2012 Lighthouse Award Winner - Best Bathroom and Best Overall
The owner of this home wanted a kitchen that would allow for
entertaining, take advantage of an open floor plan with a
great view to the outdoors and accommodate two very active
children. On the range wall a 48 Wolf range was paired
with a custom built 72 tall stainless range hood to
create a dramatic focal point between the hand scraped ceiling
beams. White beaded inset cabinets contrast with the dark
floors and beams, and using a leathered finish on the granite
allowed for visual texture while keeping maintenance simple.
The overall style of the home is casual Lowcountry and that
sense of style was carried into the bathrooms where we designed
and installed custom cabinetry in gray to compliment the Carrera
marble.
